Sacred Heart Girls’ College Hamilton threw a Garden Party to bring alumni together and to engage in fundraising. In true party style, there was food, bubbles, refreshment, entertainment and so much delight in reminiscing. By year groups we laughed when we didn’t recognize the other, told stories of yesta-era! Kerry Woodham provided some entertainment as she shared aspects of challenge and triumph in her personal life, as well as some stories from her time at Sacred Heart, much to the delight of those gathered.
Sr Bernie O’Neill rndm [Sr Clare, Previous Principal of the College] was well sought after for photos and catch ups and she was thoroughly enjoying meeting so many past pupils. We all promised in hope to continue the connecting and to bring more alumni along next time.
